Samosa Spiced Oven Potatoes
It’s time to switch up your side dish game with a kick of flavour! Sometimes side dishes can be the hardest dishes to get creative with, but that’s where spices become your best friend.
I love these potatoes that have a fun Indian flavour kick to them, making them an awesome side dish or part of a delish breakfast bowl.

The best part is that spices like cumin, turmeric, coriander, and cardamom are anti-inflammatory and can help soothe your digestive system. It’s the perfect way to add them into your meals.
Enjoy!
