5-Minute Frozen Yogurt Bark
Yummy coconut yogurt topped with berries and granola. It only takes 5-minutes to make and then you let it freeze to set.
This recipe is great because you can use your favourite yogurt flavours. I used a dairy-free coconut yogurt but you can use your favourite type. Just be cautious on some brands that have way too much sugar in them. For dairy-free yogurt flavours, I love the brand Maison Riviera. The flavour I used was the raspberry + blackcurrent one.

You can also top it with your favourite fruit, berries are easy to eat frozen which is why I went with a berry flavour. Then you sprinkle some granola and you are done.

Ingredients
- 1 container of yogurt of choice (I used the raspberry blackcurrant coconut yogurt from Maison Riviera)
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries
- Granola to sprinkle
Instructions
- Layer a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread out your yogurt to form an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Top with blueberries and diced strawberries. I like to keep the pieces small. Sprinkle with your favourite granola.
- Place in the freezer for a couple of hours. Remove and cut into squares or break apart into rough shapes using your hands.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
