Hi, I'm Delia

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ who works with children, adults and families to help them live a healthy and vibrant life! I focus on working with clients with cognitive health concerns like ADD/ADHD, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's, anxiety or even brain fog. I also love working with clients who want to proactively take their health into their own hands by helping to educate them on the best ways to support their brain and body. This includes new moms, littles and even seniors, it's never too late or early to start!

I am based in Ottawa but I also work with clients virtually. I am passionate in helping others along their wellness journey through one-on-one consultations.

I believe that what we eat is one of the most important pillars of our health and it has a direct correlation on our mood, behaviour, emotions, and energy levels. That means that the food and nutrients we consume have a large impact on our body and brain’s ability to function and thrive.

I am committed to inspiring others to EAT GOOD & FEEL GOOD by using whole foods and lifestyle changes to get there.
